I stopped by to drop off my bottles on Thursday evening and the fello at station 4 was so kind. He explained why various things I brought back wouldn't give me a refund, allowed me to run back to my truck for one more bag of bottles and did it all with a smile. I've never come across such a positive and kind person before when bringing my bottles in. He made my day!
