I arrived at the depot at about 12:30, Friday, August 21/20 with 15 bags of beverage containers. Struggling to dislodge the bags from my tightly crammed vehicle, a SARCAN employee promptly appeared with a trolley to assist me. Being asthmatic on a hot summer's day, one can only imagine my relief for this extended courtesy. This was followed by my being very politely guided through the (COVID19) social distancing procedures as well as the bags emptied for me. As I had neglected to sort the containers, the whole operation took a considerable length of time and effort. All I was left to do was watch, wait and appreciate. HIGH-FIVE, Sarcan Team! You are to be commended for such great service.
