Household Paint
SARCAN Recycling depots accept used household paint for reusing and/or recycling. If you have leftover household paint, bring it to SARCAN! If it can be reused, we will put it on the paint reuse shelf at the depot for customers to take free of charge. If the paint is not reusable, we will recycle it.
SARCAN collects used paint on behalf of the Saskatchewan Paint Recycling Program, managed by Product Care, a non-profit association of paint manufacturers, distributors and retailers. Product Care’s paint recycling programs are funded by the environmental handling fees paid upon the purchase of new paint.

Reusable Paint
Check out the paint reuse shelf in our depots. If the paint we receive is reusable, we will put it on the shelf and it is free for our customers to take. This paint is free of charge, but customers must sign a waiver form before removing it from the depot. This paint is not inspected and cannot be guaranteed.
